1. Return Eligibility

4. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping will depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
