Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of In-Stock Items

We understand that sometimes plans change. Below are the guidelines for canceling in-stock item orders:

• General Rule: Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not allowed.
• Exceptional Cancellations: Under special circumstances, cancellations may be accepted, but a 10% restocking fee will apply.
• Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If the item has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for assistance.

2. Cancellation of Pre-Order Items

For pre-orders, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Up to 7 Days Before Release: A 10% cancellation fee will apply, with a minimum fee of $10.00.
• Within 7 Days of Release: A 15% cancellation fee will apply, with a minimum fee of $15.00.
• Delayed Release Dates: Cancellations due to delayed release dates are not eligible for a fee waiver.

Additional Notes

Each cancellation request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Solaris Japan reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation requests at its discretion.
