2. Delivery Time

3. Handling Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order items: Pre-orders are shipped after the official release date. Delays in release dates or shipping from suppliers may occur.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volumetric weight of your order:

  • Fees are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed for your review.
  • Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.

5. Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
  • You will receive the tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Customs and Taxes

  • Import taxes, duties, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These fees are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country and are not included in the shipping costs.

7. Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely.
  • Packages are secured with durable materials, based on years of shipping experience.
  • If an issue arises due to our packaging, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

8. Lost/Damaged Items

  • For lost or damaged items, we will file a compensation claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Customers will be reimbursed based on the outcome of the claim.
  • In case of damage, please contact our customer service team and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

9. Pre-order Items

  • Pre-order items are shipped after the official release date.
  • Shipping delays are common as we need time to receive the items from suppliers.
  • If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, the order will ship once the pre-order items arrive.
  • If you need in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order for them.
